Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship overseas, only within Australia.

What delivery options do you offer?

Contactless, FREE local delivery.* 
Free local delivery within 48hours of purchase will be available to the following suburbs:

3197 – Carrum, Patterson Lakes

3199 – Frankston, Frankston South

Delivery within 4 business days of purchase to outer Mornington Peninsula and Cranbourne suburbs will be available for $10.

Reduced shipping rates, via AusPost Australia wide. 
The cost of shipping has been reduced to a flat fee of $15 for all online orders under $150. 
Shipping via AusPost is free on all orders over $150. 

How long will my order take to get to me?*

Standard Shipping via Auspost:
1-3 business days Victoria
 2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania* 
*outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times 

Local delivery within selected postcodes: 48 hours
Local delivery to outer Mornington Peninsula and Cranbourne: 4 business days 

What do I do if I purchase the wrong size shoe? 

-  Only try the shoe on a carpeted surface until you are certain it is the correct size.
-  Retain your receipt and contact Peter Oram Shoes to organise an exchange.
-  At the buyers expense shoes can be posted back to Peter Oram Shoes or you can visit us in store.
-  After we have received the original shoe we can post out either a credit note to the value of the shoe or the shoe arranged for exchange.
-  Refunds will not be granted for shoes that do not fit.

What is your refund policy for online shopping?

-  There will be no refund for change of mind/non-faulty purchases.
-  No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
-  Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

What is your exchange policy for online shopping?

-  Items may be exchanged if they are in their original and unworn condition with packaging.
-  Online customers can return items if they are deemed faulty and issued a credit note when an exchange/repair is not possible.
-  Please note: Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
-  Credit notes issued for faulty stock as determined by quality control are valid for 6 months.
-  Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
-  Customers are to organise and arrange the return of their purchase at their own expense with the conditional approval of Peter Oram Shoes.
