It’s time to view our new store at 54-58 Wells St Frankston!

It’s just down the street from our previous store and we are located on the same side next to Australia Post and opposite Grill'd.

To help navigate, we are offering appointments online which means your family can reserve a time that suits you to have shoes fitted.

We welcome walk-ins too but spaces will be limited with bookings taking priority!

FAQs:

Q: Do I need to make a booking?
A: While we encourage reserving a time that suits you by making a booking ahead of time, we do accept walk-ins at the door. Sometimes there may be a wait for walk-in customers as we fit you in around those that have made bookings.

Q: How can I make an appointment to have my children’s shoes fitted?
A: The best way to do this is on our dedicated booking website. Follow this link.

Q: Is there a difference between Fitting Zones 1, 2 or 3?
A: There is no difference between these areas in store. Please choose any that have an available appointment at a time that suits your family.

Q: What type of appointment is best suited to me?
A: The below information can be used as guide when choosing a time slot for your family:

Shoe fitting for up to 
2 people

This time slot is for the fitting of up to
TWO people for a maximum of 4 pairs of shoes

Shoe fitting for up to 
3 people

This time slot is for the fitting of up to
THREE people for a maximum of 6 pairs of shoes

Shoe fitting for up to 
4 people

This time slot is for the fitting of up to
FOUR people for a maximum of 8 pairs of shoes

If you require more than 8 pairs of shoes
contact us and we can help you find a suitable time.

 

Q: I am feeling unwell and won’t be able to make my appointment, what should I do?
A: If you or any other family member are feeling unwell on the day, please give us a call to rebook your appointment. A staff member will be happy to assist in finding a more appropriate time. Alternately, your booking confirmation email contains a link to reschedule if this is more convenient.

Q: Can I make a booking on behalf of another family and share the time slot?
A: Yes

Q: Are all your staff fully vaccinated?
A: Yes, in line with Victorian Government directions all of our staff members have received two doses of a vaccine.

Q: What are your cleaning procedures?
A: To keep our staff and customers safe we are undertaking regular cleaning of all high-touch surfaces including fitting gauges, benches, doors, EFTPOS terminal and counter. Each evening we undertake a thorough clean of the entire POS store.
