Hurray!!

We are so excited to welcome back your familiar faces in-store, although things will be running a little different to normal at POS. To help us navigate this transition period the store will be open by appointment with walk ins welcome but limited during peak times. This means bookings will take priority and time slots will fill up fast!

When you enter our store, please abide by the current Victorian Government directions. Check-in at the door using the Services Victoria app. A staff member will request to see this check-in.

All adults and children over 12-years old should wear a fitted face mask and will need to bring clean socks if they are trying on footwear.

Q: How can I make an appointment to have my children’s shoes fitted?
A: The best way to do this is on our dedicated booking website. Follow this link.

Q: Why is POS open by appointment?
A: We are choosing to assist our customers by offering appointments during this transition period as it ensures you can be served promptly by a staff member at time that suits you.

Q: I want to browse the styles you have in-store. Do I have to make an appointment?
A: If you wish to browse you can check out all available styles on our website with up-to-date information on what we have in stock. When you are ready to make a purchase please go to our dedicated booking website and reserve a time.

Q: I have a medical exemption meaning I cannot wear a mask - can I still make an appointment to be fitted in-store?
A: We will permit entry without a mask if you are able to show a medical letter detailing the exemption signed by your doctor. Please note this needs to be advised at the time of booking. If you are unsure whether this suits you, please contact us.

Q: I am feeling unwell and won’t be able to make my appointment, what should I do?
A: If you or any other family member are feeling unwell on the day, please give us a call to rebook your appointment. A staff member will be happy to assist in finding a more appropriate time. Alternately, your booking confirmation email contains a link to reschedule if this is more convenient.

Q: Can I make a booking on behalf of another family and share the time slot?
A: While multiple kids are allowed to attend each appointment (depending on the type of booking made) our store is only small, so additional adults may not be able to attend at this time.

Q: Are all your staff fully vaccinated?
A: Yes, in line with Victorian Government directions all of our staff members have received two doses of a vaccine.

Q: What are your cleaning procedures?
A: To keep our staff and customers safe we are undertaking regular cleaning of all high-touch surfaces including fitting gauges, benches, doors, EFTPOS terminal and counter. Each evening we undertake a thorough clean of the entire POS store.
